If India has to take steps into entering next level in development Bihar has to catch up. Bihar is so crucial for success of India. That is the most backward state in the country. So unless it grows along with the country the whole country is going to suffer. It think Nitish will do a great job. If he can even turn around the perception people have of Bihar in next 5 years and improve law and order in the state I think things will automatically get better. Man trust me..
